dont know how to get over it.

well there are somethings in this world i can get over. but on the other hand there is not. so i am posting this...... can someone tell me how to get over a broken heart. i spend a year in iraq. i come home to nothing but a note.... so can someone tell me without telling IT TAKES TIME.. well thats horseshit. the more time i have the more pain i feel. so .... let me have whats on your mind.
